Laboratory verification

Tested the way you test it

Our specifications mirror the tests your own quality lab runs.

Chemical analysis — full oxide breakdown (K₂O, Na₂O, Fe₂O₃, Al₂O₃, SiO₂ and more) with stated tolerances.
Firing tests — 1220°C, 8-hour cycle in laboratory muffle furnace with L / A / B color values.
Particle size distribution — micron-level distribution reporting for every grade.
Moisture & purity — moisture below 0.5–1.0% and acid testing with no effervescence.

Controlled extraction
Mining from proven Saudi deposits with over 30 years of operational knowledge of the ore bodies.
Processing & sizing
Crushing, milling, and classification to each grade's defined particle distribution — from 0–850 micron fine grades to 0–5 mm aggregate.
Laboratory verification
Chemical and physical testing of production batches against the published technical data sheet.
Documented delivery
Every shipment leaves with its technical documentation, coordinated through our Jeddah and Dubai operations.
